For those that don’t remember: Lord Pumpkin was one of the big bads in the Ultraverse, a series of super comics published by Malibu in the 90s. Which was then purchased by Marvel (basically to get their hands on a proprietary printing process that Malibu had innovated). While it felt awesome at the time, a result of the deal Malibu had with its creators (and that Marvel subsequently took on) meant that we will basically never see these characters again.

Which is too bad. Some of them were fun.
