Armaggon is a mutant shark from the future that has been enhanced with several cybernetic implants. In the future, he teams up with Shredder and Verminator-X to steal future Donatello’s time slip generator. He then travels into his past and battles Ray Fillet and Merdude while salvaging important equipment from Null’s deep sea dump. He takes the salvage along with an unconscious Merdude back to the future.

Future Donatello and Raphael travel to the past to recruit their younger selves as well as their brothers, Master Splinter and Ninjara to help them battle Armaggon. Though the battle is long and difficult, the heroes ultimately save the day and are able to defeat the future villains.

Armaggon comes back one more time to battle Merdude and Ray Fillet.
