The young woman that will one day become Lady Bullseye is born in Japan. At a young age, she is abducted by the Yakuza into a human trafficking ring. Luckily for her, Bulleye is contracted to slaughter the mobsters holding her hostage for an unrelated reason. Watching Bullseye mercilessly kill the criminals allows her to escape and inspires her to also become a hired killer. She ends up joining the Hand and trains with them for years until she is sent to New York to spearhead a plan of Hiroshi.
While she is a proficient killer, she does not seem to be indoctrinated into the ritualist rites of the Hand, which results in other members feeling ill at ease around her. She eventually kills and resurrects both White Tiger and Black Tarantula to serve the Hand. She also becomes a proficient lawyer in her civilian identity and keeps this information from her superiors in the Hand. She then offers leadership of the Hand to Daredevil, which he refuses. Spurned by Daredevil’s rejection, Lady Bullseye takes her group to Spain where they find the Kingpin. There he is trying to lead a normal life which Lady Bullseye cuts short by murdering his girlfriend and stabbing him, informing him this is a message for Matt Murdock.
It turns out that Master Izo has promised Lady Bullseye the Hand and she has done all of this in preparation for her ascension. This was all a trick that resulted in Daredevil assuming leadership and then casting Lady Bullseye out for being untrustworthy. Lady Bullseye swears vengeance on Master Izo and allies with Kingpin.
After the Shadowland conflict, Lady Bullseye is hired to injure Pepper Potts with an air rifle. She also joins the Army of Evil and is part of the attack on Manhattan in retaliation for Pleasant Hill.
