Mr. Morden is a member of the Brotherhood of Evil that steals Rog, a robot the Chief designed for lunar exploration. After his defeat at the hands of the Doom Patrol, Monsieur Mallah and the Brain threaten to kill him. Morden flees to Paraguay and hides there for years. After being subjected to an experimental procedure by he is transformed into a two-dimensional being in a three dimensional world that can drain sanity from others. He rejects the Brotherhood of Evil and forms the Brotherhood of Dada.
His new Brotherhood consists of Sleepwalk, Frenzy, Fog and the Quiz. They steal a powerful painting that absorbs the city of Paris along with the Doom Patrol. This causes the “fifth Horseman of the Apocalypse” to be released and the Brotherhood is forced to join with the Doom Patrol to defeat him. Crazy Jane is able to channel the power of the painting, trapping the Brotherhood in the painting and transforms the Horseman into a toy horse.
Mr. Nobody is freed from the painting with the help of new Brotherhood of Dada members: Agent !, Alias the Blur, the Love Glove and Number None. They steal the bicycle of Albert Hofmann and use its psychedelic energy to power Mr. Nobody’s presidential campaign. John Dandy is sent to ruin the campaign and kills the members of the Brotherhood, including Mr. Nobody. Mr. Nobody disintegrates.
Mr. Nobody returns later but is now fully white instead of black and calls himself Mr. Somebody. He controls Mister Somebody Enterprises and levels Danny the Street into Danny the Brick. He also creates the Front Men, a team of metahumans to kill the Doom Patrol under the guise of policing the superhuman community.
